Complete two rounds for time:

  • 20 goblet squat 
  • 30 mountain climber
  • 15 chinup
  • 20 single arm kb clean and press 
  • 20 t-pushup
  • one minute plank
  • 20 jump lunge
  • 15 bent over barbell row
  • 30 diamond pushup
  • 20 box jump
  • 20 renegade row 
  • 20 curl to press 
  • 20 db reverse lunge 
  • 20 push press 
  • 20 squat jump

*Choose weights that will make it extremely difficult, but possible to complete each exercise in one set.
