Makes about (10) - 3inch pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/4 chopped walnuts
 - 1 scoop Rootz Paleo Protein-Superfood
 - 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
 - 1/2 tsp. baking soda
 - 1/8 tsp. salt
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together till well incorporated.
 - Cook in nonstick pan on low heat.
 - Top with bananas and coconut syrup for added sweetness.
