  • 100 jumping jack
  • 90 lying leg raise
  • 80 squat
  • 70 chair dip
  • 60 plyo lunge
  • 50 military pushup
  • 40 mountain climber
  • 30 pullup
  • 20 jump squat
  • 10 burpees

...once you have completed this, start at the bottom and work your way back up.
