  • max rep dumbbell bench press
  • max rep dumbbell bent over row
  • max rep push press
  • max rep barbell bicep curl
  • max rep incline dumbbell bench press
  • max rep seated cable row
  • max rep decline pushup with feet on bench
  • max rep trx bodyweight row

*choose a weight that allows you to get 8-12 reps per set
