Rootz Banana Nut Protein Pancakes

Banana Nut Protein Pancakes by Kirsten Buck from Bucknaked Paleo. Tastes so good, you would think its a cheat meal. 

Ingredients:

  • two eggs
  • one medium ripe banana
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • one scoop Rootz Protein-Superfood
  • 1/2 tsp ghee
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions:

  1. mix all ingredients in a blender
  2. cook pancakes in a pan approximately two minutes per side until golden
  3. enjoy!

Optional Toppings:

  • sliced banana
  • cacao nibs
  • maple syrup
